I believe you should be able to eat the food you want without sacrificing your health.

All my life I was raised on wholesome, real foods, growing up on the sea, catching dinner and enjoying it hours later. I started cooking health food as a personal chef and never looked back. I still bake, of course, and you’d never know how good it is for you. I like it that way.

I created this site to show how simple it is to use ingredients in recipes that really nourish and energize the body, while acting as a substantial meal or snack.

I currently work as natural foods chef and culinary coordinator of a wine and food festival in Charleston, SC.
