Chia Seed Pudding: 2 Ways


 The perfect breakfast(s).

Coconut Cream & Banana Chia Seed Pudding (pictured): Serves 1

3 tbsp Nutiva milled chia seeds
1 tbsp Beveri golden milled flaxseed
½ cup coconut milk
½ cup vanilla almond milk
½ tsp stevia
½ banana, sliced
½ tsp cocoa powder

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, except the banana and cocoa powder. Stir until combined without lumps. Let sit overnight. In the morning, top the chia seed pudding with the sliced banana and a sprinkle of cocoa powder.

Cinnamon Apple Pie Chia Seed Pudding: Serves 1

4 tbsp chia seeds
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
1 small honeycrisp apple, diced
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
¼ tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Stir until combined, leaving no lumps. Let sit overnight and enjoy for breakfast.
